Developed through a partnership between Mira Developments and Marjan, the community is shaped by 14 global luxury lifestyle brands and includes five-star hospitality, branded beach clubs, fine dining, a yacht club, landscaped waterfront areas and fully furnished residences. Richmond Residences is the first residential project announced within the wider Mira Coral Bay masterplan.
Master Plan
Mira Coral Bay spans approximately 220,000 sqm of waterfront land in Al Mairid and is planned as an integrated residential, hospitality and leisure destination.
The masterplan by Marco Casamonti & Partners / Archea Associati brings together branded apartments, villas and townhouses with five-star hotels, beach clubs, dining, a yacht club and landscaped waterfront areas. The overall design takes inspiration from the coastline and natural coral formations, while individual branded projects are intended to retain their own architectural identity.
A defining feature of the plan is the separation of vehicles from the main pedestrian environment. The upper level is designed around car-free promenades, walking and cycling areas, with parking and vehicle circulation positioned below.
